Promotions Ltd warrants that, if this product is, or
becomes defective and that, in the company's opinion, the
defect is due to faulty materials or poor workmanship, it
will replace or repair, at it's sole option, free of
charge, any such defected component, or the whole
product, for a period of twelve months after the date of
receipt provided that : The product has at all times been used in accordance with the instructions. Damage caused by accident or through misuse, or failure due to fair wear and tear are specifically excluded. Consumable parts are specifically excluded. If the product should require attention please return, well packaged, to the address below stating the reason for it's return. Should repairs be needed which are not covered by the guarantee you will be advised of the appropriate charges before work commences. If you have any doubt as to what to do write to the address below or send us an e-mail. |
